Pricing & Payment Policy

1. About our pricing

AERIEN MEDIA is a digital marketing agency providing customised marketing and related digital services to businesses and clients in India and internationally.

Our services are tailored to each client’s requirements. We therefore do not publish a universal fixed price list. The fees for a project may vary depending on:

  • The client’s country or target market

  • The scope and complexity of the work

  • The duration of the engagement

  • The platforms and channels involved

  • The agreed deliverables and reporting requirements

  • Any additional resources or third-party services required

2. Quotations and proposals

Before a project begins, AERIEN MEDIA will provide the client with a quotation, proposal, invoice or other written confirmation setting out the applicable fees and agreed scope.

The quotation may include:

  • Services and deliverables

  • Project duration or engagement period

  • Fees and applicable taxes

  • Payment schedule and due dates

  • Any agreed additional costs or third-party expenses

A project will proceed once the client has accepted the applicable proposal or quotation and completed any required initial payment.

3. Payment methods

Payment instructions and available payment methods will be shared with the client during the onboarding or invoicing process.

Payment methods may vary depending on the client’s location and the payment arrangements available for the engagement.

4. Taxes and currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted fees do not include applicable taxes. Taxes, including GST where applicable, will be identified in the relevant invoice.

For international engagements, the quotation or invoice will specify the applicable currency and payment terms. Any currency conversion or bank charges imposed by financial institutions or payment providers may be payable by the client.

5. Additional work

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or separate written approval. AERIEN MEDIA will communicate any additional fees before proceeding with such work.

6. Payment confirmation

A project or service will be treated as paid only after the payment has been successfully received and confirmed through the applicable payment channel.
